Individual support and Neurodivergent coaching

Virtual adult coaching and support

We offer flexible virtual 1:1 coaching for adults, designed to fit around work, caring responsibilities and day-to-day life. Sessions are strengths-based and practical, supporting wellbeing, confidence and progress towards personal goals. This may include neurodivergent coaching (ADHD/autism-informed), routine and organisation strategies, emotional regulation, communication, and support with work-related goals and adjustments.

Access to Work funding for coaching

In some cases, people can access Thrive Together Group’s 1:1 coaching and support through the government’s Access to Work scheme. If you’re in work, starting a job, self-employed, or have an interview, Access to Work may help fund practical support and workplace adjustments (including coaching).
