About Us
At Thrive Together, we provide a range of services that support neurodivergent individuals and those with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, families, and the wider networks that support them. This includes professional training, alongside direct support for adults, children and young people to better understand their neurodiversity and how it impacts everyday life.
We equip individuals and families with knowledge, confidence and practical guidance to identify helpful strategies and reasonable adjustments, strengthen wellbeing and independence, and build the skills and confidence to make progress in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
We also offer supportive groups, including employment-focused sessions, where people can build confidence, explore workplace challenges, learn practical tools, and feel supported through shared experience and understanding.

Empowerment and Inclusion
Thrive Together is a nurse-led, community-focused service supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, including those with SEND and mental health needs.
Our approach centres on fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of their neurological differences. We understand the unique challenges faced by those with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, and we aim to provide tailored support that empowers individuals to navigate their everyday lives. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate care, we strive to enhance the well-being of our clients and their families, promoting understanding and acceptance within the community.
